Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days. Shipping occurs the day after processing. Please note, we don’t ship on weekends or during holidays.
• Delivery Time: Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
• Missing Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you qualify for a full refund.
• Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
